This tenant improvement project for the Monster Mini Golf housed within the Factoria Mall in Bellevue, Washington was handled by Deacon Construction's Seattle team. The project consisted of various improvements to the 12,513 sf space including R&R roofing, siding, and windows, as well as new solid wood framing throughout.
